The whole family is busy making preparations in time for Christmas, as we usually have a number of friends and relatives coming over to join us for dinner. My mother would usually be in charge of the main courses, while I handle dessert. The rest of my sisters would be in charge of decorating the table and the place to make it more conducive for a festive dinner.
One of the things I need to buy is cake decorating kits. This way I don’t have to worry much about the presentation of the items I would need to bake for the Christmas dinner. Presentation makes up for a lot when it comes to eating. We eat with our eyes first, so presentation counts for a lot. With these things to help me, I wouldn’t have to worry much about the final look of the cakes I am baking.
